ST. PAUL'S BASILICA

St. Paul's Basilica in Toronto underwent an interior restoration project to uncover the original paintings behindthe altar. The delicately rendered angels and decorativemotifs were hidden under years of wall paint. The wall was mechanically cleaned to reveal the original artwork and then mimetically retouched on areas of losses.
