The Full Story
TORONTO CLUB

Project
The original cornice that was failing on the exterior of the Toronto Club building was replaced with a new copper cornice. all surfaces were slightly abraded with sandpaper and cleaned with a methylated spirit in preparation of sand finish. Then, a first coat of epoxy was applied by sprayer and then a second coat was applied and then a custom apparati was used to deposit crushed terracotta sand onto the cornice to simulate the appearance of terracotta.
Approximately 2500 sq. ft. of surface area was covered in this method that I had perfected over the past 25 years.
